Proctor & Gamble sneezed and Nastech Pharmaceutical caught cold.The consumer-products giant pulled out of its partnership with Nastech to develop a nasal spray for osteoporosis, and Nastech stock was down $5.30, or 38%, to $8.69 in afternoon trading.
