One of the most important strategies you can use to ensure your success is to have support, encouragement and also inspiration from someone else...no need to do this all by yourself!I understand that finding the support person you need at a price that you can afford may be a problem. So, I am in the process of organizing several weight loss groups, each with a maximum of 5-7 people.
