Justification for remaining overweight?

A researcher at the University of Michigan found that half of overweight people and a third of obese people were within normal ranges for several common risk factors for heart disease. They measured blood pressure, cholesterol, triglycerides and blood sugar and if only one (or none) of these were in abnormal ranges, they were considered healthy.
