Where did the rest of the nutrients go?

Did you notice the recent change in the nutrition facts pages on Nutrition Data? In an effort to make these very detailed pages a bit easier to scan, we re now showing the nutrient tables at the bottom of the page in a summary view. For example, in the section for Fats and Fatty Acids, you ll see the totals for saturated, monounsaturated, and polyunsaturated fats but you won't see the amounts for each individual fatty acid. All of the detailed nutrition information you're accustomed to is still available, however. To display the more detailed view, just click on the More Details tab at ...
