Regular readers of this blog will know that I ve previously written about skin cancer, skin cancer prevention and the skin cancer-inducing risks of indoor tanning.So it will come as no surprise that I was troubled to learn that Alaska Governor and Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin had installed a tanning bed in the Governor s mansion shortly after taking office in early 2007 and that this was being widely reported in the media. My concerns were that Governor Palin s apparent endorsement of indoor tanning might lead some people to believe that it s an okay thing to do.T...
