Weight lost this week- noneCaffeine consumed: noneSaccharin consumed: noneFood choices: A heck of a lot of yogurt and almond nut bars, also I ate several turkey sandwiches on whole grain bread and consumed many of apples. Lets see dinner wise was just the above as I was at work almost every evening this week.The scale . did not move, lol!Blood sugars were good- between 80-112.
