Mobile Diabetic Treatment Centers coming to a neighborhood near you

I just read about the Howard University Hospital Diabetes Treatment Center Mobile Unit that goes to area drug stores, pharmacies and events and test persons at risk for diabetes. What a wonderful concept! This will make a difference in so many communities. It allows us to see the breadth of the severity of the disease by looking at various neighborhoods to see who is at risk, how they are being treated and whether they are being treated, she said.Have you seen this type of mobile unit near you?
